What is Saltbox?
The saltbox originated in New England and is an example of American colonial architecture. Its shape evolved organically as an economical way to enlarge a house by adding a shed to a home's rear.

The style was popular for structures throughout the colonial period and into the early Republic for its ability to enlarge the footprint of an existing structure at a minimum of cost.
What a fitting title for Sarah's real estate story. SARAH TOLBIRT
Sarah grew up in the San Fransisco Bay Area and studied in Santa Barbara. After meeting her now husband they knew they wanted a slower paced life and decided on moving to the Napa Valley. This area is known for its beauty and world class wine but also still maintaining that small town feel.

Having honed her skills through over 15 years of hands-on experience, Sarah possesses an intimate knowledge of the city's ever-changing real estate landscape, enabling her to guide clients with expert precision. She has extensive knowledge not only in residential sales but also in property management, leasing, and remodeling for both residential and commercial transactions. Guiding people through their real estate needs has always been a passion for her and has the ability to see the possibilities with each and every transaction at any price point.

Beyond the bustling world of real estate, Sarah is a multifaceted individual with a diverse range of interests. A mother of 3 boys, she is passionate about community engagement and education for our youth. She dedicates her free time to serving on the PTA board at her children's elementary school and volunteering at events.
